Site summary work

We are looking for someone to join the administrative team at Escola Port, eager to work in a dynamic environment and in direct contact with people. Their main mission will be to assist future students, manage registrations, resolve doubts and collaborate in the daily organization of the school.

Location: Moll de la Marina 5, 08005, Barcelona

Contract type: Temporary (6 months) with possibility of indefinite

Day: Complete

Schedule: Shifts from Monday to Sunday, always with two consecutive days off

Remuneration: According to the non-regulated education agreement of Catalonia

Holidays: 38 days per year (paid vacation and leave)

Main functions

  • Customer service in person, by telephone and by e-mail.
  • Information and sale of nautical courses.
  • Management of registrations, enrollments and documentation.
  • Organization and archiving (digital and physical) of documents.
  • General support to the administration team.


Profile we are looking for

Essential requirements:

  • Fluency in Catalan and Spanish, both spoken and written.
  • Good use of computer tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Drive).
  • Previous experience in customer service or administration.
  • Empathetic, organized, communicative and decisive person.
  • Availability to work weekends (with two consecutive days off).

We value:

  • Knowledge of English and French.
  • Familiarity with CRM such as Salesforce, SAP or others.

Required training:

Completed technical or higher studies (no matter the specialty).
