A “hands on” event for 100% companies to learn, experiment and have fun at full speed.
We will meet at our facilities at Port Olimpic, in the heart of Barcelona.
After the welcome and introductions, the teams are divided and professional skippers give safety briefings explaining the basics of navigation to the participants.
Once everything is ready and with the boats at the sound of the sea, we will go sailing and practice what we have learned.

Team Building Navigation
We sail freely so that participants learn the basic notions of sailing.
An ideal activity to consolidate teams and work on communication between participants.
Sailing activities are organized for a minimum group of 4 participants and up to 100 people.
Includes:
– Sailboat/s.
– Expert staff in charge of the activity.
– Boat and occupant insurance.
– Fuel and all boat expenses.
– Mineral water for participants.

The navigation mode is the best option for teams looking for unique experiences that promote cohesion and strengthen bonds between their participants.
Navigating is undoubtedly a team activity where the roles and hierarchies of the company take a back seat and where the collaboration of the entire team is essential to achieve success.
After the safety briefing by the professional skippers, the crew will be responsible for removing the boat from the mooring, leaving the port, and executing the different maneuvers to set the sailboat sailing.
Understanding the winds and how to set the sails for a sailing advance will be just part of the activity.
Participants will have the opportunity to take responsibility and manipulate the different mechanisms that are part of the boat's maneuvering: sails, heads, whinches, the rudder... so that they will rotate through different positions.
This means that they must be able to learn quickly and take on the different roles that each position entails.

Team Building Regatta
This is the most intense and exciting modality in our offer.
Two buoys are placed in front of the Olympic Port and the fleet of sailboats competes in a sailing regatta.
Sailing activities are organized for a minimum group of 8 participants and up to 100 people.
Includes:
– Sailboat/s.
– Skippers expert in regattas.
– Jury.
– Boat and occupants insurance.
– Jury boat.
– Buoys to delimit the regatta.
– Fuel and all boat expenses.
– Mineral water for participants.
– Does not include VAT.
Our regatta version is the team building event for companies taken to the next level.
While the participants receive the safety briefing and practice the first maneuvers after leaving the port, the jury and coordination boat places two buoys in front of the Olympic Port.
The boats, already steered by the participants, will approach the regatta course and the jury will give the start in the same way as in official competitions.
The regatta consists of a first leg from the starting line to the first buoy, which is located right in the direction from which the wind is blowing (upwind), that is, the sailboats must sail against the wind.
After turning at the buoy, they will return to the starting line, this time with the wind in their favor.
The crews' expertise is not only in achieving good sail trim, but also in analyzing the actions of opposing boats to execute the best strategy during the regatta.
Without a doubt an activity in which the team with the best communication, strategic vision and the learning and rapid adaptation capabilities of its crew members will make the difference.
Depending on the weather conditions, several regattas may be held and the trophy will be won by the team with the most victories.
