When we started this adventure, we were a small team of just five people. Today, almost 20 years later, we continue together with the same enthusiasm, growing to include nearly 30 professionals in our recreation and professional training centers. On behalf of the entire team and on my own behalf, I want to Thank you for visiting our website. and welcome you to our nautical community.

My life has always been linked to the sea, and Escola Port I have worked to transmit this passion and experience to our entire teaching, technical and administrative team. We all share a common goal: to provide you with exceptional training and ensure that your experience with us is unforgettable.

When the world faced the pandemic, our team worked hard to adapt and create a platform that would allow us to continue training our students live, remotely. Today, this platform of streaming courses has become a national benchmark in nautical teaching, and we continue to innovate to make learning increasingly accessible and flexible.

We are aware that the training and employment are important concerns for many people. That's why in 2016 we inaugurated PROFESSIONAL MARINE TRAINING, a center specializing in professional training and STCW coursesWith this project, we help those who want to make the sea their profession to achieve their goals and enter the nautical/maritime sector.

Calendar compliance

A Escola Port, we commit to strictly complying with the courses and internships published in our calendars. We do not cancel courses.: if published, it is done!

We do not wait for minimum groups to be completed or modify the calendar arbitrarily. When you decide to do your course or internship with us, you have the security to be able to plan no surprises.

Streaming and recordings of all classes

All the in-person recreational sailing courses are broadcast in streaming, so you can attend class from anywhere in the world.

And if you can't connect live, no problem! Each class is recorded so you can watch it whenever you want.

Ours recreational and STCW courses They are recognized for their high quality, both for the teaching staff and for the resources and materials that we make available to students.

In addition, we offer online recreation courses with the same excellent quality, allowing people from all over the world to train at our school without the need to travel.

To facilitate the organization of our students, we publish on the website the calendars of all courses and we respect the announced dates. This way you can plan your courses, trips and accommodation reservations in advance if you are coming from outside Barcelona, avoiding surprises due to last minute changes.

To ensure transparency and continuous improvement, we conduct student satisfaction surveys after the course ends. Their ratings are published on our website so that future students can learn firsthand about the experiences of other students.

These collaborations include from the event creation and participation in drills with our fleet of boats, until the offer of courses and internships at reduced prices.

The school is approved by:
– The Generalitat de Catalunya for recreational courses and practices.
– The General Directorate of the Merchant Marine for the issuance of professional degrees and certificates.
– TheSocial Institute of the Navy for the teaching of professional health training in the maritime sector.

We have two centers in the Olympic Village of Barcelona:
– A center within the Port Olímpic, intended for the recreational training.
– Another center, located at Dr. Trueta street, 48, dedicated to the professional training.
